Thanksgiving Day Meal

With the help of volunteers and generous corporate support, the LCA has served Thanksgiving dinners to more than 45,000 seniors in New York, Philadelphia, New Brunswick, Boston, Orlando, Miami, Paterson, and Washington, DC, since 1992.

The Latino Center for Older Adults will hold its traditional Thanksgiving Dinner for the elderly in our community on Thursday, November 25, 2021. Those who are alone that day are especially invited. This activity is totally free, finding in all these places an environment full of warmth and friendship. In addition, some centers receive the company of very distinguished visitors.

This year’s motto is: “Don’t be left alone, this Thanksgiving Day to give thanks together with the Latino Center on Aging.” Thanksgiving 2020 was brought to life thanks to ConEdison, as well as the generosity of the following individuals: Carmenza Millan, Iris Fernández, and Catherine Alicia Georges.
